Our Electronics Department began production over 40 years ago. The area includes many different processes which are employed as needed based on various product requirements. Our electronic manufacturing capabilities include surface mount and thru-hole PCB population, wave solder and aqueous wash, potting, wire cutting and termination, assembly and more. In-process and functional testing ensure conformance to customer requirements and provide quality data.

Many of our electronic assemblies include injection molded components, coil windings, or wire harnesses which are manufactured here at Mercury EPM, providing a high level of integration and reduced lead time. These products may be used in other assemblies, packaged for bulk shipment to OEM’s or packaged for retail sale and shipped to distribution centers.

Our electronics product range includes modules, voltage regulators, solenoids, membrane switches, throttle and shift controls, engine control plates, RF transmitters and receivers, and other custom designs.
