Engineering

Mercury EPM has an experienced and integrated engineering staff, with certified Printed Circuit Board designers; coil winding design and manufacturing expertise; plastic injection molding design; and design for manufacturing experience with electromechanical assemblies and test stations.

We use ProE, along with MoldFlow, to refine the design of plastic parts and molds. Rapid prototypes of new designs can be made using our printed circuit board and 3-D "Z Printer" prototype equipment.

Our assembly fixtures and test stations are designed and built on site to ensure product specifications and reduce lead-time.

Our engineering and technical capabilities ensure close coordination between design, development and manufacturing, providing enhanced quality and improved time to market.
